This complaint is addressed to the Delivery Service Department! where, they are not responsible for delivering the parcel / goods to the door of the recipient's home instead they choose to place the parcel / goods at the nearby Ezibox! For the recipient to pick it up himself! This has happened to me 2 times .. in my two instances as a recipient I WAS AT HOME but only received message from the Malaysian Post saying my goods were put on Ezibox because I was not at home. I repeats.. I WAS NOT AT HOME..?! Why .. why .. why is it like that .. ????? !!!
